General Industry

Certification Prerequisite
CMT I High School Diploma or GED and three (3) years of general industry maintenance experience. OR, Technical School Diploma and two (2) years of general industry maintenance experience. OR, eight (8) years of general industry maintenance experience
CMT II CMT I
CMT III CMT II
CMP CMT III. OR, High School Diploma or GED and seven (7) years general industry maintenance experience, including two (2) years of supervisory experience. OR, Technical School Diploma and five (5) years general industry maintenance experience, including two (2) years of supervisory experience.
CMM CMP with four (4) years of supervisory experience. OR, Technical College Degree and four (4) years of general industry maintenance experience, including four (4) years supervisory experience. OR, eight (8) years general industry maintenance experience, including four (4) years supervisory experience.

Water Wastewater Industry

Certification Prerequisite
CWWMT I High School Diploma or GED and three (3) years of water/wastewater industry maintenance experience. OR, Technical School Diploma and two (2) years of water/wastewater industry maintenance experience. OR, (8) years of water/wastewater industry maintenance experience.
CWWMT II CWWMT I
CWWMT III CWWMT II
CWWMT IV CWWMT III with two (2) years of supervisory experience. OR, High School Diploma or GED and eight (8) years of water/wastewater industry maintenance experience, including (2) years of supervisory experience.
