Job Description: Our Wilmot, Wisconsin Distribution Center is seeking a creative and energetic individual who will dare to be innovative and thrive in a friendly and fast-paced environment.
Who We’re Looking For: This position will lead a team of maintenance and housekeeping employees working in a fast-paced, customer-orientated environment. Demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication, both internally and with outside vendors and contractors. Define and execute against budgets, ensuring timely invoicing and reconciliation. Ensure safety is the top priority and lead project implementation.
Experience, Education & Skills Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Solid experience involving maintenance leadership and people management
- Must have “hands-on” approach and assist in completing maintenance tasks
- Experience with powered conveyors, PLC’s and high voltage equipment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Must be able to problem-solve effectively and independently
- Attention to detail, good organization and follow-through
